So, a few months ago I fell into the social trap that is blogging, and now am reconsidering my choice of software. I was previously using WordPress for this endeavor at http://jeremiahm.com/blog/, but am now (obviously) considering Tumblr. What draws me to this is not its popularity, but rather its theme of simplicity, elegnant-ness, and social connectivity. I hate to say this, but my switch is mainly for the purpose of my ease-of-use as a writer, and not-so-much for the readers (however few [if not none]). I look forward to the options that Tumblr offers me and the feedback, even if invisible, that I get from readers.
